  We had the pleasure of meeting Donnie and his son today. We had a very unusual pest in our camper that is parked in Lexington, In. I never dreamed I would get anyone to answer the phone and help us on a Sunday morning but Donnie did. He was out of town at the time I called but was sitting in our drive at the lake within 1 1/2 hours. He's such a polite, caring man. We met him for the first time today but he treated us like old friends. He talked to us for quite a while about our problem and assured us he would always be just a phone call away if we needed him again. He made customers for life today!
